How do I start the 50 Parent Challenge?
Contact Thomas Moore at (815) 534-5915 or by email at tmoore@lwsra.org. He will explain all the details and sign you up.

Who do I send my letters to?
Friends, Family, Businesses, and everyone you know who cares about special recreation and has the means to help.

Where can I see my donations?
All donations will be tracked on www.lwsra.org at our online leaderboard.

What is in it for me?
You name will be commemorated inside the foyer (entrance) of the new recreation center in New Lenox for participating in the Challenge.

When does the 50 Parent Challenge end?
We will continue to send out letters as we have seen a great response as we push towards our goal.

Will you tell me if someone donates on my behalf?
LWSRA will keep you in the loop of each donation received on your behalf. Unclaimed donations are posted below the leaderboard on the LWSRA website.

Who should checks be made out to?
Lincolnway Special Recreation Foundation or LWSRF should be used. The foundation works specifically to support the construction of the recreation center, and should be named on each donation in the 50 Parent Challenge.

Are donations to the 50 Parent Challenge tax deductible?
Yes they are, each person who sends in a donation will receive a thank you letter in the mail that can act as a receipt for income purposes.
